Shannon’s passion and experience in recruiting and HR led her to create Justus Talent Resources, to truly be an asset and resource to organizations and the talent that they currently have in place, as well as the talent they are seeking to bring on board.

Shannon Justus is experienced in human capital management focused on full life cycle recruiting strategies with a demonstrated history of working with clients in the small/private sector as well as Fortune 500 and everything in between on permanent placement, executive search, technical recruiting, recruiting strategies, processes and procedure implementation and/or improvement, and retention.
Growing up my dream was not recruiting; I didn’t even know such a career existed! I fell into recruiting when I needed money for college and that is when I realized it was my CALLING!
I believe there is only one way to do things and that is the right way, everyone deserves respect and honesty when faced with making a change. I will do everything possible to assist in making dreams realities but also understand the importance of trustworthy guidance and feedback even if it isn’t the easiest news to deliver.
