Duties
Work with advertising and media agencies with day-to-day support and execution of creative deliverables
Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
Lead execution of the approval process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative assets
Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to develop the most effective communication assets
Work with marketing operations to develop and respond to design requests.
Provide support for social/community content to ensure alignment with broader brand/product strategy.
Assist in overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.
Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.
Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
3-5 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
Experience with websites and graphic design preferred (Photoshop, WordPress, social media, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication; strong public speaking skills
Staff Accountant
Job Overview
The Staff Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of deposits for both cash and credit card settlements. Responsible for exercising independent judgment and discretion following complex rules and procedures. Must be able to identify, research, and resolve deposit inaccuracies. The Cash Associate is also responsible for ensuring adequate controls around cash and reporting loss prevention issues timely through the appropriate channels for investigation. This role has a direct financial impact on the recording of cash shortages of all store locations.
Duties
Daily matching of cash deposits to cash management software
Responsible for the accuracy of the cash management system. Attention to detail is critical.
Communication with leadership on any missing or short deposits
Timely escalation to Senior Accountant and Director of Loss Prevention of any unexplained cash shortages or missing deposits.
Preparing the daily sweep of cash from local bank accounts to main bank account.
Provide cash office support as needed for questions related to processing transactions, bank account changes, etc.
Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations for all local store accounts
Monthly preparation of main bank reconciliation and follow up on outstanding or unreconciled transactions
Review aged outstanding checks and follow up with Accounts Payable Supervisor to resolve or report as escheatable
Prepare and record journal entries related to month end close as assigned
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; need to be creative, adaptable and able to accurately work with a sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple projects and establish timelines to manage multiple department inputs and meet agreed upon deadlines and objectives
Accounting Assistant
Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.
Duties
Processes customer invoices for shipments
Reviews sales orders for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the customer purchase order documentation.
Reviews sales orders for pre-shipment invoicing requirements, and processes deposit and installment invoices.
Processes intercompany billings – i.e., Overhead fees, translation services, D&B.
Processes daily cash receipts from customers.
Prepares daily/weekly cash report and summary for visual dashboards.
Reconciles weekly cash report with cash general ledger transactions.
Processes credit card settlement postings.
Assist with monthly closing and posting of month-end transactions.
Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts.
Reconciles intercompany Accounts Receivable/Payable accounts for foreign subsidiaries monthly and processes the intercompany settlement payments (as required).
Maintains professional and technical knowledge required to perform job duties effectively.
Participates – suggests and assist in implementation for process improvements in accordance with industry best practices.
Cross-trains for vacation coverage within the Accounting Team:
Review and enter Accounts Payable vendor invoices and analyze transactions.
Prepare weekly check runs and ensure completeness of invoice / payment package.
Prepare electronic payments (ACH) to vendors.
Resolve vendor payment issues.
Reconcile freight account monthly and prepare the monthly expense accrual.
Qualifications
Associates degree in accounting preferred.
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience; prefer manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Working experience in ERP systems.
Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of associates.
Must have good multi-tasking skills.
Must be self-motivated, analytical, and organized with a high attention to detail
Facilities Manager
